Calissa Ngozi is an award-winning mental health educator, speaker, and media contributor from Ontario, Canada. A Child & Youth Care Professor and business owner, she created The Oxygen Mask Mindset™, promoting radical self-care, boundaries, and emotional well-being. Her practical, candid approach empowers corporate teams, caregivers, educators, parents, and leaders nationwide. Known for her humor and authenticity, she shares personal stories to offer relatable, actionable strategies. Outside work, she’s a mother of twins, traveler, foodie, nap lover, and Coldplay fan. Calissa believes self-care is essential—not selfish—and helps others replenish energy to better support themselves and others through talks, workshops, and community work.
