Her practical, candid approach empowers corporate teams, caregivers, educators, parents, and leaders nationwide. Known for her humor and authenticity, she shares personal stories to offer relatable, actionable strategies. Outside work, she’s a mother of twins, traveler, foodie, nap lover, and Coldplay fan.
